Well my current grip is actually a 4 1/4. I overgripped it twice and it helps quite a bit. No more cramping but still soreness. My measurement is a 4 5/8 so I definitely need a size increase.

I'm thinking of going 4 1/2 and then adding an overgrip, rather than doing a straight 4 5/8.
