Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

UNC beats Wake 4-1 after sneaking out all 3 tiebreaks on courts 1-3. Wake could not win any of the 3 to extend the match. Kreyman def Burkhardt at #4 for Wake's only point

Paradorn Srichaphan
Kei Nishikori, Donald Young, Somdev Devvarman, Dustin Brown, Steve Johnson, Yannick Maden
Robert Farah, Clement Reix, Alexander Dolgopolov, Nathan Thompson

Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

Duke won pretty easily over VTech as expected, so another Duke v UNC. I think this one will go to Duke.

Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

I think Duke will take the rematch. Carleton will not have another awful day and lose to Boyajian so easily. Cunha should win the rematch over Hernandez.

Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

Duke squeaks out the doubles point. No way UNC can pull 4 singles matches

4-0 Duke. Still think UVA is going to win this tournament.

If Cunha plays his best, Duke should win.

Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

But Cunha is only one point. He has owned Shabaz recently but that is a very even matchup.

Domijan and Singh owned Carleton and Mengel respectively the last time these two player. Duek will have to play strong in the bottom half of the line-up and Cunha must win. It will be close but I can't see past a UVA victory.

Yeah, Duke will have to play very strong, but anyone expected Duke 4-0 in semi finals, so, it's look like Duke played very very well yesterday.

Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

Virginia gets the doubles point. Uphill battle for Duke. Looks like Carleton is not rolling over to Domijian this time though.

Re: 2011 ACC Tournament

I think I jinxed Reid. Looks like he got crushed in set 2. The biggest surprise might be Courtney dropping a 6-0 set to Wietoska.
