yep but now it's a guy from 24 (a tv show).

I wonder if there's anyone on the ground who's about to get hit by the madman's racket

n'aaah, Marat is a non-violent person! He just doesn't know to treat his raquets gently! Cheering for him today against Chile...on clay It's gonna be a tough one! But shall I dare hope for a revenge on Gonzo?

Who do you support in Dc besides your countries guys?

Romania doesn't stand a shot against France! Unless the whole French team goes sick with flu or sth like that!

I hope Russia win but i think Chile will go through.

Argentina! Argentina! Argentina!!!!!!!!!! (They have a weak team though )

France are a set up.

On a side note, the Gaz de France wta tournament has been interesting this week, hopefully Golovin can upset Henin today

Re: Bla-bla-bla chat thread of the Guille Addicts

I'm cheering for Germany, Australia and Argentina (+ France, of course).
The most important tie for me is Germany-Croatia because I really don't like the Croats (the players and their fans) and I'm sick of watching Germany struggling in the play-offs every year.
Haas is playing well so far, allez Tommy.

As for Russia-Chile, I don't have a personal favourite, I'm just following it with interest.

Yes, it looked interesting, too bad we had such a poor coverage. Eurosport usually shows so much women's tennis - and this time, when I really wanted to watch some matches, nada.

Oh, and I'm for France, but in that particular match Pavel-Grosjean, I'm for Pavel.
Pavel seems to be a nice guy and I want Forget to open up the team a little bit instead of always picking his old buddies Grosjean-Clément. We've got enough other guys in France.

Haas won!

dito

haas, well played but still our chances are very low to win the whole tie. becker has to pull up a surprise against one of the two big croats and haas must play as well as today when it comes to a possible 5th rubber. auf gehts!

Poor Andrei...he had that match in his hands! And he is a very nice guy indeed!
Now that we won the doubles (I'd say this is the most surprising win so far this year in DC...but what a match that was It never crossed my head they could win doubles! ) the tie would have looked so different!

That's great Santi! I hope Guille will be there when you are

Pooooor James Oh well! The Bryans won the doubles ^^ sooo Go Andy! I'mma have to call him Randy for this one. It usually works Go Randy ^^

Pooooor Justine ... I feel a bit of...anti-Justine in this area Just kidding. she's easy to dislike.

Hope the Celtics win, Paul. Our Celtics (basketball) are on a 17 game losing streak
