Stats ... about halfway through the 2nd set they showed the "winners" stats. Guille had 3 I think from the baseline and *8* at the net. Guille also had quite a few aces (for him), but at one point it was 3 aces and 3 double faults. It was definitely a hit or miss service day for Guille. Maybe because he was going for the lines and angles more on his serve. At one point, Guille was a bit unnerved by the ball boys. Then he said something to the ump and the ump had a talk with them and Guille was sitting there shaking his head. I wonder what that was about? Maybe he is like Agassi in that he likes the ball kids to go back to the same spot they came from? I also noticed Guille was talking to the ump who was Italian. I wonder if he speaks Italian (since his mom is Italian) or if Spanish and Italian are close enough that one can understand the other. Anyhow, good job Guille! Now it's back to the Clement match, which is on time out for a trainer. Looks like Guille is going to get Clement in the QF.
