The year is improving

Jurgen must have been discouraged after he lost in the first round of 4 straight tournaments. After Indian Wells he entered a Challenger in Dallas and won it giving him confidence.

He reached the Quartre-finals in Miami where he lost to David Ferrer today. Jurgen won the first set. His serve and forehand seem to have left him and he lost the final set badly 0-6. He can be happy for how well he did in Miami.

Lets all hope he can keep on playing well for the rest of the year.

Re: The year is improving

Not much good fortune for Jurgen in Munich. He lost to Monfils in first round. He partnered with Paes and won first roung match, but lost today in second round.

Any one know where he plans to play next?

Re: The year is improving

Jurgen is gone from Madrid. Today the man who beat him in singles beat Federer which means he is playing very well.
In doubles Jurgen/Paes lost in their first round match to Haas/Stepank. I keep hoping they can do well together. I raad that he and Paes will continue to play doubles together. I miss Petzschner.
