If he wins the title in Brisbane, which will be really tough to do, he will have 1108 points. With Nadal and Fish missing AO, he will need to get to the 34-th place, where now is Granollers with 1110 point (2 more
). So I don't think he can be seeded in Melbourne, because he has to win the title here and then someone else from Top 30 to withdraw
But in the first half of 2013 he don't have to defend many points, so I can easily see him seeded at Roland Garros and Wimbledon
