My fucking god, why does Don struggle so much with this asshole Matosevic? He has NO game. Absolutely fucking unacceptable and inexcusable. Better do something big next week in Tiburon, Donald.

I'm fine, but I am disappointed. Also, I'm hard on the players I support. Results like that, against someone like Matosevic, are unacceptable for Don, if he has a goal for top 100, players like MM are pretty much guys you need to beat and he can't do it. Also he has a win tournament points from last year about to drop, which would possibly end any chance of him making the top 100 this year. So these are crucial moments, and he failed miserably this week.

He has 1 W, 1 S, and 1 Q result dropping from his total in the next few wks, Calabasas, Charlottesville, & Knoxville, respectively, for a total of 125 pts. He lost 1st rd at Tiburon last yr so that's an opportunity to gain pts. He also has the Champaign Challenger at the end of the yr, which he didn't play last year, another opportunity to add pts before the end of the yr. I'd say he's in good position to crack the top 100 by year's end, if he plays well.

Maybe if we bombarded his email acct, if he has one, with enough requests, he would get the picture.

Not surprising result for me, for some reason Matosevic gets in Young's head. Perhaps once he beats him he'll get confidence? Either way he needs to make at least Semis in Tiburon and Calabasas IMO to remain in contention.

I don't know, it's Wednesday already. Seems kind of late for it now. Just call the club and see if they can give out scores (www.natomaschallenger.com).

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Wasn't referring to this year, necessarily. More of a, for future reference, it would be really helpful if <insert suggestion>.

That will never happen.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Week 40: Sacramento CA, USA [Entry List]

Let's go Ryan! If he wins this event he'll be right around the top 100 himself. Hopefully both the youngsters he and Don can make it in there. The top half of the draw is weak so this is a good opportunity for Ryan or Robert to take this title.
