I have to say, Charly has actually become a decent player. He's not rolling the ball in and doing nothing like he used to. Aguilar is also a nice player, hard shots, some net game, very inconsistent. Interesting match to watch.

berlocq has always been able to dominate the challenger tour, his problem is that he can't lift his game to ATP level. but i agree, he made a very good comeback after his problems last year.

leads 3-0 now ...

he blew it away, 6-7

Aguilar wins 7-6 (8-6) in third set tiebreak.

Aguilar has some serious talent. I wonder why he hasn't progressed higher in the rankings. Serve, forehand, net, movement, are all good. He's inconsistent and doesn't defend very well, a little too much ball basher-ish maybe. Anyway, impressive win.

Even though he lost today, his game is definitely better than it was a few years back. He has more pace on his shots and he moves a bit better. He still lacks a bit to really do well on the ATP tour but, as you say, he does well in challengers, and should continue to do so.

Berlocq is bad and mug as well. Is absolutely unable to win a tight match.

Obviously when he lost 1st set, his defeat was sure. In a 3 set-match I'd win him.

He is mentally weak. He should have won this match but he allowed his level to drop. He fought hard but then he made easy errors in the tiebreak. He should have won this match, Aguilar is inconsistent as heck. But game wise, he has improved a lot. I actually wanted him to win today, which confuses me a little bit, since I generally can't stand him.

I'm just happy Darcis won today. Keep going Steve, a win here would be great.

Re: Week 30: Cordenons, Italy [Entry List]

Rochus shame on you, that form under the line is still with you

I was watching from the second set and there Rochus had Krajinović in the hand in few BP's but he didn't move when he should and grab break.

If Rochus will start in one of USO series tour's, #250 in Europe or USO QS he will a fav. to lose, atm he's a mental loser and it's sticking to him a long of a time.

Re: Week 30: Cordenons, Italy [Entry List]

I really like Chris so much as a player for making a lot out of little talent, but I cannot stand it when he continuously blows matches when he has chances or is ahead. Every single tournament he has a chance to win the match and finds ways to lose. Oh well. Hope he can finish in the top 100 at the end of the season.

Congrats to Filip on the win, hopefully Steve beats him.
