Adidas International, Sydney

Sooo, Mark won his first round match against Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo in 3 sets. Next up is Greg Rusedski. They play the last match on stadium court, with the first match starting at 11AM Sydney time...

Good Luck Flip! Go Mark! Woohooo!

Unhappy

Hi, could anyone tell me how Mark could lose to Verkerk? How was he playing?

Well, he lost, but he's in an excelente form...I only think the serve and volley players lose easy the c0ncentation, when the other player starts to pass the balls , the serve and volley player lost the confidence!!
But, I still love and play a serve and volley game...

The King: GUGA
The princes: Tim Henman
Mark Phillipoussis

Others I like: Franco Ferreiro , Andy Roddick, Agassi, Taylor Dent...

Serve and volley game is awesome! That's one of the main reasons why I like Mark so much...
But verkerk played pretty good, well, very good actually. And Mark made a few wrong shot selections on the "big" points. He also said post match that he was a little too relaxed and not totally focused yet at the start of the match But he didn't play bad, not at all!

You're welcome And I'm sure Delta won't distract him too much. After all: how much did we hear from Tara after the US Open?
