Odds of a Wildcard for Dmitry Tursunov?

What do you think the odds are that Dmitry Tursunov will be given a wildcard into this event in his home country? I think his ranking is now around 120 so it is probably not high enough to get directly into the main draw.

Since he only now finished playing (and winning) in San-Antonio, I presume he won't be playing in Moscow...

BTW, good chance to congratualte him on cracking the top 100. he is now #99 in the ranking

Re: Odds of a Wildcard for Dmitry Tursunov?

He's playing in another challenger this week (Fresno, CA).

"I lost a qualifying singles and first round doubles match in a challengers tournament in Italy in 1998, and I had to pay for everything from the plane flight to the laundry to the meals. So they tell me when I finish that I won $44. I'm like, 'Can I have that now?' And they said, 'Oh no, we'll send you the check.' "

The KC organisers were supposed to give a wild card but informed him too late when he already commited to play the challenger...
