Ok, just spoke to one of the organisers, courts 10 and 15 were the worst hit, and it's taken ages to get them ready. They're not expecting more than 60-90 minutes of play at a time, and would rather take precautions today, so the courts are protected in case of any really heavy showers. Courts 1 and 3 are currently being prepared for play.
So basically with the poor conditions of the courts combined with the bad weather forecast, they are putting the play on the backburner on those two courts. Understandable. It does mean the schedule will be a bit weird, but it's good to look out for safety and of course have the courts be at playing shape ASAP.
