lets start our gossiping!
John's entered in Eastbourne and Wimbledon this grass season. With John's serve and excellent form, he should be very dangerous on grass. However, there is cause to temper our expectations this grass season. John is a relatively inexperienced grass player having only played six career matches on grass with a 1-5 record. He has a real opportunity to move up in the rankings though since he has no grass points to defend(due to his struggle with Mononucleosis last year). I think that one key to John's success this grass season will be to serve and volley more often. The low, skidding bounce will hurt his ability to set up for his big groundstrokes and will probably result in more unforced errors. With the added boost that the grass will give his serves, he should get fairly easy volleys if he follows his serve into net. I'm hoping that John is able to gain a lot of experience this grass season and continue to improve his grass court game. Once John gets more experience on grass, I believe that he will be one of the most dangerous grass court players in the world and should be able to make some deep runs into Wimbledon.
