Actually there is nothing special about it. It is just a little lighter and will feel faster at net. If you really are a pure net player you may want to explore other companies. The Dunlop Biomimetic 100 may be the best pure serve and volley racket around. If I were you, I'd also look at the Babolat Pure Storm Limited, Head Prestige Mid. and Dunlop Biomimetic 200. The characteristics of a good volley racket tend to be a smaller headsize (under 98 sq. inches), thin beam width, flexible frame, and a manageable weight roughly 310-330 grams. The KBlade and BLX Blade are the same racket, one is just newer, so either version will do. I'd urge you to explore other companieshh though and find which brand works best for you.
