Re: Andyoni !!

Into the finals
7-6 6-2

Maybe if Yoni does not come back they will continue to play together.

Re: Andyoni !!

I feel he made history of sorts by playing in Dubai even though out in the first round.
Seems that Yoni is out for Davis Cup cuz no mention of him on the team Some elbow injury.

Still hanging in there at IW 2009. Max is playing with Andy and will do so again in Miami. ( I don't think Yoni is ever coming back )

Re: Andyoni !!

And Max and Andy keep moving along. Once again Andy is into the finals of IW.
They beat the BBros last night and will play Mardy/Andy R. Should be a really good final!

Re: Andyoni !!

Eastbourne with Max again for Andy; Yoni started playing on the ATP circuit last week when he partnered Jaime Murray. And they were given a WC for Eastbourne.

I thought maybe it had to do with ranking overall. Andy is ranked higher so with Max he gets seeded in a lot more tournies. Yoni is ranked lower since he has been out ( not sure why his ranking was not protected )

I hope they haven't had a falling out at all. At least I had not seen anything written anywhere.

Re: Andyoni !!

I remember having read somewhere, that Yoni has promised Max to play with him at least for one year. That was supposedly to be his condition.

Re: Andyoni !!

Well they are up and could be the clinchers Kadima!! Let's hope their nerves don't get to them at this incredible moment.
Only playing together for the second time this year and I read on the DC website that Yoni had surgery on his elbow so that's the reason for the long rehab break.

Re: Andyoni !!

Had a break up in the 3rd and lost it in a TB and now down a break in the 4th set. I am actually praying to the gods here.
