Great to see him back. Not expecting much here, just as long as he gets through the match without any physical problems.

Jurgen lost in a third set tiebreak, which is frankly really promising for his first match back.

TBH, I expected him to lose in 2. I am quite surprised how close this match was. Definitely promising start.

Yeah great comeback match for Jurgen. Think he saved a couple of match points down 4-5 in the third as well, obviously just not enough matches to close it out in the end but the fight was tremendous. Promising signs early on...

Yeah and positive interview afterwards. He trained with the French guys in Nice, said the back isn't 100& healed yet but the comeback was not too early, he felt the back in the 3rd set but all was to be expected. He said it's good he got a long match to test it. Good to have him back on court.

Jurgen went down to Stebe 1&2 in Furth, Germany in the opening round. Still gonna take a while to get that match practice and rhythm back to where it was pre-injury...

Lost to Almagro at Wimbledon. Wisely playing a Dutch future this week, first seed there.

First top 100 win in R1 of St Petersburg after the injury

He's slowly getting there, good to see. Plays Gulbis next... Should be too tough but Ernie is capable of anything so who knows...

Hi mate!

Yep, good to see him slowly climbing up the ranking again, good win over DGT.

Re: Estonia's Finest (yes better than Kanepi): Jurgen Zopp

Retired at 5-5 vs Carreno Busta in Stockholm. He had a sharp pain in the back that blocked the movement like he said, he will go to the doc asap. Could be some blocked nerve, hopefully nothing too serious.
