Re: Blaz Kavcic Thread

Tough one for Blaz playing the local fave and veteran Ramon Deldago for a place in the final.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Good result last week for Blaz making the semis. He won his 1st round in Floripa against Demoliner and plays Poch-Gradin next.

Re: Blaz Kavcic Thread

OK, Blaz finally managed to win 2 matches in a row and is about to face his friend Grega Zemlja in the QF.

This is his last tournament of the year, hopefully he can beat Zemlja, win the tournament and misteriously sneak in the AO main draw

Not sure where Blaz is going to play in Week 1 for the qualies, but he will make the trip to Melbourne.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Blaz Man is up against Soeda Go the guy who can choke badly and runs all day.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Blaz Kavcic Thread

67 64 64

That was a break orgy at its best. Blaz served at 75% and yet lost his serve 6 or 7 times, don't see him qualifying for the MD

First match of the year for him and he plays Tosic on Friday.

In the final qualifying round against Devvarman. Tough to call, as Devvarman had a tight match in the previous round, and Blaz has never played here. Good luck

Re: Blaz Kavcic Thread

Ok, my predictions should be ignored as they always turn out as wrong. Predicted Slovenes to crash out in second round and they all won

Re: Blaz Kavcic Thread

I have been at their matches and Blaz was a lot better today, but Tosic was tired and playing some dumb shots.

This match will be a grind for sure.

Defeated Devverman 63 76. Let's pray for a nice spot in the MD.
That was 4 days without much sleep for me, thank god I'm not working next week.

Re: Blaz Kavcic Thread

Nice! I'm actually hoping he draws someone well known. I want to see him on TV at least. Maybe Tomic would be the best for that. Good luck in the MD
