I've got something I think is news, as I haven't read the announcement on it here yet. I stumbled into Soderking's new Official web site
while looking for news on his trouncing of Philipp Petzschner today in the 3rd Round at Miami. I don't know how long this has been up, and I remember last December when he announced the web site
, but it is up and running and extremely well designed:
There is a blog that includes his latest entry on celebrating Jenni's birthday and a bit on the Dolphins:
Birthday dinner at Devito’s
Friday 26 March 2010
This Wednsday Jenni and I went to the Miami Sea Aquarium with some of the other ATP players to swim with dolphins. It really was a lot of fun, even though the water was freezing. Good timing as well, since Jenni’s birthday was on the very same day.
Later that evening we went to have birthday dinner at DeVito’s
on South Beach. Great food and cool atmosphere. Instead of cake we ordered in Smores for dessert. Probably the one place in South Beach where you can order a campfire to your table.
(There are some photos uploaded from today if you look at my albums in Media).
Anyway, it looks like it has been up since Indian Wells began, but I haven't been on Twitter in awhile so I missed the announcement. But this site looks really great.
I successfully recorded the match today between Robin and Picasso, and will upload and provide links within a few hours. As other top players continue to go through slumps, Robin still looks in the zone. Another great performance today and another career best result making the R16 in Miami.
I checked Twitter and he announced the web site on March 17th. There is a Fan Forum as well. Man, have I been out of it!
On March 22, he tweeted:
"you can now upload your photos in the forum at www.robinsoderling.se
I haven't figured out where "the forum" is at yet. Has anyone else been in there?
It isn't quite intuitive yet. On the Fanzone page, under the Number 04, click on "Questions Forum Ask Robin" (doesn't look like a link until you mouse over it) and that takes you here:
