Re: Barcelona Entry List (updated March 9, 2010)

Nice list. And good to see Thiemo on it.

Tsonga - Wawrinka - Del Potro - Gasquet - F.Lopez - Monfils - Haas - Janowicz - Youzhny - Tomic - Hewitt - Gulbis - Mahut - Haase - Schoorel - Sijsling - Huta Galung - De Bakker - Van der Duim - Westerhof - Middelkoop - Koolhof - Lootsma - S&T. Griekspoor - Sels - Van Rijthoven

All time: Safin - Schalken - Krajicek - Sluiter - Verkerk - Henman - Ivanisevic - Nalbandian - Ferrero - Philippoussis - Sampras - Siemerink - Blake - F.Gonzalez - Ancic - Haarhuis/Eltingh

Still supporting all the Dutchies despite their great choking skills
Looking forward to the Dutch Futures and Challengers this summer!

Surprised Rusty is playing here. Good for Luczak that he gets to play these tourneys after all the hard work.

Rafa just can't leave Barca alone can he.

Life is an orange and you're just a little pip.

Re: Barcelona Entry List (updated March 9, 2010)

No DGT, either he is playing a challenger or going to play the qualies of Rome that week.

Not a bad list, usually a fun tournament.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

I hope he doesn't get a WC. He already did that in Acapulco.

Why can't players commit in time?

It's just strange because it's a home country tournament. He should've skipped Acapulco and played Barcelona, of course now the Catalan papers will start speculating about why he isn't there

I guess he won't be on MC entry-list either, and that he will then ask for WC there or here in Barcelona.

I guess you're right, but I guess players who ask for WCs won't be happy for that, esp in Barcelona where there are so many Spanish players asking for one

No Wawrinka is also strange : he has not played an ATP500 tournament yet and clay is his best surface
