Don't see much of a difference between them at all. I actually think they are one in the same.
It's often stated that one ought to think using one's brain (a tautology, of course), but I've often experienced quite the opposite: using my head entails reasoning on the basis of the emotions I have.
Do you ever confuse social constraints telling you what to do vs. having genuine personal problems not involving other peoples criticisms of you?
