Re: men's fashion thread -- i kinda like the men's capris

definitely not designed for the guy with child-bearing hips -- i forget his name already

Q. When you've played as few matches as you have over the last two, three months, did you ever lack motivation to go out and practice?

ANDY RODDICK: Motivation? No. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy what I do. You know, I've never been one to, you know, blow off practice or, you know, do anything like that.

You know, I'd be lying if I said I'm looking forward to practicing the next two days as opposed to playing here. That part is gonna suck...(2010 Aegon Championships)

i look good in them. that's practically all i wore when i lived in the Caribbean. but that's not why i am loving them now on these tennis players. i honestly find it a lovely change. but i can get that others don't bec it is kinda out there.

Capris make me look like I have gigantic hips, which would be fine if that was the in look these days

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

i like how many of the women are wearing shorts instead of skirts. i find shorts way more practcal for playing in.

I don't like them at all. Not only do I think they're ugly. But I live in the Caribbean and I can't stand it when it's hot and humid and I'm sweaty and my clothes stick to me! I don't know how Nadal does it but they look sticky and uncomfortable to me. If you're all wet, why would you ever want to wear more clothes?

bec cotton is more absorbent and allows the skin to breathe. and the extra length is good protection against the sun.

which island are you from Jimena?

Re: men's fashion thread -- i kinda like the men's capris

Hmmm I thought they were really ugly at first and thought they wouldnt be practical for playing tennis in, but after watching Rafa play in them today I guess they are growing on me. Theyre still not my favorite look and I would still imagine that even though they are very thin material and all that they might be kind warm for that hot Aussie weather...but who knows, Im not the one wearing them. Only a select few could pull off wearing those capris though, thats for sure.

Re: men's fashion thread -- i kinda like the men's capris

I just plain think its wrong that the mens clothes are getting longer and showing less, while the women's clothes are getting tinier and tinier. BRING BACK THE SHORT SHORTS for the men. All those great legs and we never see them anymore.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.
