Re: Roger Federer: the Ego has Landed Again

l_mac is right when she says that Federer isn't arrogant at all, credit to her for pointing out that Federer merits to be arrogant as he has won 13 Grand Slam titles.

I have a few more "I love me" pictures in the works, just ready to pounce as soon as Roger drops one of his famous Federpropisms, so be prepared!
Huh? Who said it was bad?

I can't wait for more Fedpropisms because it brings out the bitter hags like you.

Are you sure it's not you who's the bitter one here?

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: Roger Federer: the Ego has Landed Again

Roger Federer is a 13-time Grand Slam champion. Get over it, there's no longer any battle to be fought in these sort of threads. Ironically enough, most of the people that bother responding to such outcries are relatively new to this forum. Who cares ? Moreover, if such individuals had a genuine interest in preserving Roger's "respectability" on this forum, the appropriate time to do so would have been following Toronto and Cincy -- not following his fifth successive U.S. Open title.

Where were all of these newly discovered loyalists when Roger was shanking backhands and forehands as if it were fashionable ? Oh, that's right -- they were too busy offering their tennis expertise regarding his demise to bother speaking up for the player they pretend to admire.

" I wouldn't be surprised to see Roger call it a season if he loses before the QF "
" He can't win, he needs time to gather himself and reassess his game "
" Face it, Fedmug is done "
" Roger's movement to his forehand side is pitiful "
" Roger should improvise, do this, do that, attack the net!"
" When will people just start seeing Roger as another good player ? "

Isn't it funny how things seem to change with one positive result in a major ?

l_mac makes a great point when she states that Federer is better than Nadal, I fully agree with her.

Personally I don't give a damn whether Federer is arrogant or not, I just enjoy the entertainment in this thread.

I find that people getting annoyed and offended by all this and going at each other in such a childish way is hilarious (often approaching the ridiculous)!

Well, next time make sure you remember it. You're forgiven only the first time.

No, that's for the Fedtards that wander into the Nadal forum starting theads and posting about his outfits.
