what an idiot yapping about your failed marriage on twitter
I really would love to know your sources about all your "knowledge" on his private life. Even if (I say IF) all this is true, why do you have to spread it on the net? I find that outright embarrassing, and I am not even a fan of Wawrinka.

Re: Wawrinka separates from wife

Wawrinka said that he still has his baby's best interests at heart. His wife, who is acting like a major tool by talking so openly about their private life, reported that he still loves their daughter "more than anything in the world".

If I was Stan I would go on twitter and write "okay okay you got me, I split with her because she gave me crabs!"

Re: Wawrinka separates from wife

How is his wife acting like a major tool if she said he has his daughters best interest at heart, while he's yapping about it on twitter and is a saint in this story Ridiculous to air your laundry in this way either way. One of the results is obviously to have a slew of people aboslutely clueless about their lives pass their judgments on it.

Re: Wawrinka separates from wife

Its so sad. Very painful for all of them, after such a short time together as a family, and I have empathy for Stan and Ilham. Separations are so horrible especially for Alexia, and she will suffer the most, emotionally in years to come for a long time.

I just wish the issue could have been handled more sensitively, social networks are just not the place for family matters!!!

Wawrinka has been relatively quiet about the incident as opposed to his wife. He said that he spilt with his wife, the matter is private, and that he has his daughters best interests at heart. Stan's ex is the only one who has given a somewhat explicit view of the situation by talking to swiss journalists. As a result, everyone is now assuming that there is only 1 side to the story, which was told completely by his ex-wife. I havent seen wawrinka give any explicit recollections about what happened between them and he also didnt claim to be a saint either.

His wife would not have felt the need to say anything had he not tweeted about it.

On a seperate note, why do people make such a big hairy deal over the baby ? Babies are resilient. She will do just fine thank you It would have been infinitely worse growing up in an environment where the parents hate each other Breaking up is the best thing for the child in these situations

Re: Wawrinka separates from wife

It was reported that Ilham was crying on the phone when the journos called her... No wonder she made it look as melodramatical as possible...

You are a very cynical man JM . Obviously she was upset, but it's the journos who spiced it up not her

Imagine your spouse left you and then tweet it on twitter, I think that's rather upsetting...

There is a lot of research that says that this just isn't the case Allez.
