Correct.

MTF is unique that way, although the TW clowns would obliterate the ones over here.

Re: MTF vs Tennis Warehouse

Am I the only one who thinks that there are actually some good discussions at TW? Obviously the equipment-section is superior, but also the history and past players seem to get a lot more attention and discussion at TW. Sometimes at MTF it feels like tennis started existing around 2000, but over at the TW past players actually get some of the credit they deserve.

Well gee, this exact same thread was started over there, so why not just read their opinions too?

I post on both forums, and I like both forums for very different reasons. They are very different places.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Exactly. All of MTF, inlcuding the mods, are biased.

It's Federer > everyone else (including Nadal).

Federer's fan can get away with anything when it comes to disrespecting Nadal, but as soon as someone critize Fed, then it's all warning/ban right away. How is that NOT biased?

shut it and go have a look at the banned users list, you'll see 90% of them were Fed fans, and the likes of everko, star_da_game and topspindoctor vomit on Fed in GM on a daily basis...

Re: MTF vs Tennis Warehouse

To -JM-: I couldn't disagree more with what you said. The mods here are biased, and it's very obvious they prefer Federer and his fans. Case in point, look at the Rafa chat thread in the sub forum for Rafa. How many of them are REAL fans of Rafa and not Fedtards/Rafahaters? I got yelled at, asked to leave etc. just because I DEFENDED Rafa from all the hate these posters spew every day! Do you really think the mods would let the Federer forum get away with something like that? A whole thread dedicated to disrespect and hate the player that exact subforum is supposed to honor? I mean, really.. The chat thread I'm talking about is up to it 64th issue! Of people being mean, disrespectful, hateful etc. And the mods have done ZIP ZERO about it! That is what I'm talking about. I know people here hate Rafa, but there's enough hate in the GM section without the need to take it to Rafa's forum as well, which is supposed to ONLY be for his fans. Sorta a place where we can talk together, WITHOUT the hate. I think we deserve as much. If the mods had any sense at all they would disallow Rafahaters to post there, but they don't. The fact that these haters have gotten the chance to have 64 threads about their hate is proof enough.

I agree and think that Tennis Warehouse seems somewhat less strident in this regard.

I am not sure why some here feel there is more flaming there; I have noted much less in the way of insults and so forth in my limited experience there.

The moderators there also seem more appropriately "moderate" unlike some on MTF.

As weak as MTF is, Tennis Warehouse is about 100% worse. Awful human beings, stupid human beings, mean human beings and boring, no personalities.

Re: MTF vs Tennis Warehouse

The good thing about TW is that it has a lot of people who actually play tennis, instead of the basement dwelling fatties that roam these boards.

MTF is nothing special beyond GM.

I am the Nelson Mandela of MTF

Re: MTF vs Tennis Warehouse

MTF is funnier, but it's full of tards. For "serious" discussions TTW is better, but it's kinda boring after a while.

MTF all the way.
