Re: NCAA Individual tournament

Round of 16 matches:

1 Johnson vs Smith - This could be a good one if Smith serves well. He dominated Jenkins today. Johnson pounded Kosakowski. Both players very much in form.

5 Rola vs King - 3rd meeting between these two. Rola was won both in tight 3 setters. king will try and pull it out this time.

3 Shabaz vs Childs - Last year's finalist childs vs Shabaz who barely won today. Very tight match

8 Cunha vs Nevolo - Cunha looks to be finding his form once again. Nevolo is dangerous, defeating a depleted Nguyen today.

Klahn vs Hernandez - Last year's champ Klahn looking strong. Hernandez had has two very long 3 setters in the 1st 2 rounds. Will he have anything left for Klahn?

4 Williams vs Gomez - Williams cruising thus far. Gomez likes to pick apart bad tempered players like Williams.

Sarmiento vs Thiemann - The two lowest ranked players left. Sarmiento entered this tournament ranked #47 and played #4 most of the season for USC. Very strong showing to make it this far.

Fanselow vs Sandgren - Loss by Domijan opened up this section
