Re: Match points saved (21st century)

Berlocq saved 2 mps yesterday against Gimeno (not only one). Dani was serving at 6-4 *5-4 and 40-15

I followed the match on the scoreboard and I remember it.

Re: Match points saved (21st century)

New to this forum but thought I would sign up as I am a real Tennis enthusiast. Love to gamble on it and I am really into my stats.

Just thought I would mention that Karol Beck saved a few match points in an ATP challenger event back in March this year. He was playing against Aldin Setkic in Sarajevo. I am not sure how many match points he saved but I am sure it was at least 5.

Karol Beck won the match 3-6 7-6(10) 7-6(1). I know he was 2-6 down in the 2nd set tie-break. Not sure these events count on this thread but Beck was ranked around 80 at the time.

I remember this match as I had a large bet on it!

Re: Match points saved (21st century)

I don't add match points from Challenger tournaments to the first post but this kind of info is always appreciated in this thread

Re: Match points saved (21st century)

S Stakhovsky saved match points aginst his serve V M Russell in Moscow today. Stakhovsky won 6-4 3-6 7-5.

He saved at least 2 match points but it may have been more.

Re: Match points saved (21st century)

Soderling just saved 3 before beating Llodra - what a match that was!

Llodra has never won a match on the main tour after saving a match point What a pity, today he had great chance when saved it at 5:6 in the tie-break...
