I find that

Hewitt in 2004

(RED WORDS are the Eventual Champions)

Australian Open, Hamburg AMS, Wimbledon, US Open, Tennis Masters Cup (Twice : RR and Final) - Federer

World Team Cup - Chile (F. Gonzalez)

Roland Garros - Gaudio

London / Queen's Club - Roddick

Cincinnati AMS - Agassi

Tokyo - Novak

Paris AMS - Safin
