Can anyone make a list of best rankings and most ever points for the top 100?

I mean for each player please show that like the next link (in the bottom of the page):

It's quite amazing that Djokovic had more points than any other player except Nadal and Pederer, but still is best ranking is no. 3.
It's shows what a great generation this is, unlike what some think.

Djokovic and Nadal both have had greater point totals than any of Hewitt, Ferrero, Safin, Roddick, Moya have ever had. The consistency of those two, along with Federer of course, is really astounding.

Champions deserve whatever they win playing within the laws of the game
