Dani Muñoz de la Nava will receive a WC for sure. He was born in Madrid.

I guess Haas will get a WC, I read in a German newspaper that he is leaving today for Madrid to play the qualies there. (He said on his website that he didn't get a main draw WC.)

Re: Qualifying Entry List (updated May 9, 2009)

King Hernandez got a WC to the MD, so Cañas should be in.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1
